Pictured above, Dyer County High School students of Shanna O' Bright's class are seen taking advantage of the school's new Promethean Interactive Board. While interactive boards have been released since 1991, it has only been within the last few years that the boards have become a popularly demanded item for classroom instruction. Designed to allow teachers with an opportunity to project an image from a laptop or computer while also interacting with the board through touch or specialized pens, the implementation of this new 'modern classroom' learning tool, is expected to offer students and teachers with an experience that is captivating, memorable, and motivating.
